A native New Yorker from the Bronx, and Founder of Dee & Co Group a boutique public relations firm that focuses on branding, marketing and events with a specific interest in multi cultural integrated marketing .

Ms. Rivera started her career in Modern Bride Magazine then landed at Latina Magazine as their first Fashion Editor. This led to many opportunities in Beauty & fashion.
Dee has worked with beauty and fashion clients in developing marketing strategies for diverse markets such as Vera Moore Cosmetics, Vanity Drink, Lauren Bagliore Collection, Alfredo Vizcaino, Iman Cosmetics among many others.

As a visionary, she started Latinista™ Fashion Week in 2012 and partnered with IMAN COSMETICS , Latina Magazine, and latino designers. This opened doors to create a platform for fashion week with established designers such as CESAR GALINDO, SHANTALL LACAYO, EDWING DEANGELO & CENIA PAREDES which has led to a competitive brand and expanded to another level for 2015!
