The New York Small Business Titan Awards was created by a host committee of presidents of six New York’s leading chambers of commerce in order to collectively honor their distinguished colleagues.
Each of the five honorees has over three decades led his or her respective organizations and has been at the forefront of defending the rights of New York’s small businesses and MWBE’S .
Today as thousands of long established and thriving businesses face eviction due to exorbitant increases at lease renewal time, these titans are leading the fight pushing for long overdue legislative relief.

Las Vegas (West Coast) Homeless Presentation by HOTW INC -2018
On Sat January 6th 2018, our Humanitarians of The World Inc, (HOTWINC), Volunteers traveled to the West Coast, Las Vegas, Nevada.., to do a homeless and needy family presentation, or in other words people living on the streets.
A bag full of clothing, food, basic necessities, and basic technology items like battery & headphones was given to 20 individuals .
Some of the Homeless individuals shared there story with us, off the camera and did not wanted there real names mentioned, for personal reasons.So we will just address them with there first initial.

The College of Human Sciences at Auburn University honored FEED co-founder and CEO Lauren Bush Lauren and former Major League Baseball player Tim Hudson and his wife Kim, both notable philanthropists, at the 24th Annual International Quality of Life Awards on Monday, Dec. 4, at the United Nations in New York City.
The college launched the awards program in 1994 to recognize people and partnerships that have made significant and lasting contributions to individual, family and community well-being locally and around the world.

Seventy years ago, friends of The Salvation Army came together to celebrate the holidays and acknowledge the efforts of good people in an event that would become an authentic New York City holiday tradition — The Salvation Army Greater New York Division’s Annual Gala.
This year’s 70th Annual Gala continues this tradition, while also serving as the kickoff of The Salvation Army 2017 Red Box Campaign, which raises funds in support of the vast network of human services The Salvation Army provides during the holidays and all year long. Services like soup kitchens, food pantries, homeless shelters, day care, emergency-disaster services, HIV health services, seniors programs, street outreach, and much more.

Orthopaedic Foundation’s 13th Anniversary Gala 2017- NY
The Orthopaedic Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that improves quality of life through cutting edge research and education for the prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal diseases, with a focus on orthopaedic and sports injuries.
The Orthopaedic Foundation was created as a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization located on the East Coast whose primary function is to effectively promote, support, develop and encourage research and education concerning orthopaedic care and advancements in musculoskeletal diseases. It will encourage participation by physicians in orthopaedic surgery, physical medicine and rehabilitation whose practice also includes the care of persons with sport-related musculoskeletal injuries.
It will provide academically sound and clinically relevant updates on new technologies in the treatment of arthritis, orthopaedic injuries, and musculoskeletal diseases through an ongoing series of training and workshops. Through a combination of lectures, case presentations and hands on anatomy workshops, participating physicians, fellows and researches will learn about newly acquired information, and have ample time to apply it.
The Foundation is dedicated to the development and presentation of unique continuing medical education programs for physicians, other health care professionals and interested groups. will be on:
Medical Education- The Foundation is an Independent academic Institute accredited by ACGME(Accredited Council for Graduate medical Education), and we sponsor a Sports Medicine Fellowship. An ACGME Fellowship certificate is provided after the successful completeion of a 12 month program. We also provide medical education for physicians and other health care professionals including: – Hands-on medical education anatomy workshops – Physician training. We also sponsor the Academic Orthopaedic Summit Conference annually that is accredited to give CME(Continuing Medical Education) credits(approximately 30+) for MD’s, DO’s, DPM/s, ATC’s, PT’s and PA’s.
Medical Research focuses on: – Educational technology including advanced techniques in minimally invasive orthopaedic surgery – Advances in treatments of musculoskeletal diseases such as arthritis.
Community Outreach: – Presentations to augment and enhance science assignments for middle and high school students – Sports Medicine and Athletic Training programs for high school students. – self management health education programs for arthritis sufferers to increase their knowledge, skills and confidence to manage the disease. These programs are designed to complement the services of healthcare providers. – “How to Prevent Sports Injuries” seminars – Rehabilitation programs for “weekend warriors” – Anatomy and physiology lectures and labs will be offered to area medical and nursing schools to give their students off campus continuing education credit opportunities.

Greg Boester Managing Director of Mortgage for J.P.Morgan, Former Olympic Ski Jumper, President of the US Ski and Snowboard Foundation, Mr Boester was honored with the Leadership,Vision and Inspiration Award. Ken Wisdom ,Philanthropist, Athlete an Director of Portfolio Advisors, Orthopaedic Foundation Board Member ,Mr Wisdom was honored with the Philanthropic and Professional Excellence Award and Camille Duvall ,US Elite Water Ski Team, Water Ski Hall of Famer, Sports Illustrated ‘s “Top 100 Greatest Female Athletes of the 20th Century”, Ms Duvall won the Spirit of an Active Lifestyle Award.
Olga Litvinenko, Miss Connecticut USA 2017 , was the Emcee, Howard Schwartz,Founder and President of Grandstand Sports Memorabilia was the Auctioneer, Oz Pearman, Mentalist did a live performance.
Close to 300 people were in attendance.
